Major Job Duties:
Completing part inspection using the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM/Roamer) to support daily production and development PPAP needs. Create part programs using equipment specific software and execute those programs to complete parts inspection. evaluate inspection results against blue print requirements. Measure parts using standard GD & T as well as solid model techniques. Interface with customer to resolve measurement result questions. Execute paperwork requirements to meet customer and facility standards.
Skill & Requirements:
Requires a minimum of a High School education or equivalent. 3
years of CMM Programming experience. ASQ certification recommended such as Mechanical Inspector or Quality technician. Above average computer aptitude to utilize multiple software applications. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
Pay range: $14.30 - $18.27 an hour based on skills and experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
